Here, you manage your employee skill tags that can then be used in the [employee profile](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/employee-profile#profile-info). > 🔒 PERMISSIONS > > You may access the pages in the **Tag Management** section including **Employee Skills** if you have the **View "Tag Management" tab** permission enabled for your role in **Administration () > Role Permissions > Administration**. To add a new skill, enter the name in the text field and select the **ADD** button. You can also delete and replace skills with other existing skills or just delete them as shown in the following GIF.
