# Timezone selection

Customize the timezone for your user.

Use the timezone selection option to customize how time information displays across **Administration** for your [user](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/users). Your selection affects only your view of timestamps in without altering the underlying system time data. The following screenshot highlights the timezone selector on the header of the **Administration** section.

This feature is particularly valuable for organizations with team members across different geographic regions, enabling each user to view time information in their preferred format while maintaining consistent system-wide time data.

## Available options

The following options are available:

* **Local timezone**. Displays times based on your device settings.
* **System timezone**. Uses the global setting defined in **Administration > General**.
* **UTC timezone**. Shows all times in Coordinated Universal Time
