# Overview

Overview of the Workforce module and its documentation.

The MobiClocks **Workforce** [module](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/core-concepts#module) is a planning and scheduling tool that you can use to plan manpower distribution across your [job sites](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/job-sites) as well as schedule [employees](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/employee-management) and crews.

The **Workforce** module is divided into three sections:

* **Planning**. In this section, you can add the daily planned number of employees for each [job title](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/employee-profile#profile-info) at a job site. See [Plan manpower](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/plan-manpower).
* **Scheduling**. In this section, you can schedule the work of individual employees and crews. See [Schedule employee work](https://docs.mobiclocks.com/docs/schedule-employee-work).
