Vista has different company payrolls. When integrating, we connect to a specific payroll files or files.

After general authentication, all the payroll companies are shown. When setting up, you can connect to only one company. But then you can also enable other companies.

Then, Vista company is mapped to MobiClocks company. Same for Org unit. Org unit can be chosen only one, but there can be multiple departments.

Cost code types (material, labor, accounting, etc.). Using the sync option, you choose what types of cost codes you want to sync to MobiClocks. Then you are shown associated cost codes, which you can map to MobiClocks cost codes.

Employees import table is similar to HCSS with some custom fields. In import tables you also need to choose which Vista company to sync from.

For cost code import you need to have cost code types set up.
