Timelog details
Overview of the timelog details screen.
You can expand a timelog to see additional details as well as view and resolve flags. The following sections discuss such timelog details as punch photos, comments, action logs, and others.
You can access timelog details by tapping the flag icon on the timelog entry in the timelogs list, as shown in the following screenshot.

Accessing timelog details
The screen is divided into multiple tabs (Punch 1, Punch 2, and so on) if the timelog contains multiple entries. The following screenshot shows an example of a timelog details page.

Timelog details screen
Each tab contains information related to the entry including punch photos, comments, flags, and so on. The following sections discuss each of these timelog features in detail.
Punch photos
Each punch tab, if it's not a leave request, contains the profile photo of the employee and all the photos that have been taken by the employee when punching. Unsuccessful attempts, such as the cases when the employee's face wasn't recognized by the system, are marked as red, while successful attempts are marked as green. The following screenshot shows an example of a successful punch-in attempt.

Successful punch-out example
In Web App, photos of unsuccessful attempts have an Add to face library option, which adds the photo to the employee's face templates to be used for face recognition later on. From there, the photo can also be added as a profile picture. This can be useful if, for example, the appearance of the employee has changed, and the profile photo needs to be updated to reflect the current appearance. In Admin App, you don't have the the ption to add punch photos to the face library, but you see a Added to face library indicator on the photos that have already been added.
Meal breaks
Meal breaks are recorded by employees if trackable meal policy is enabled for the job site. For more information, see Kiosk App and Personal App docs on manually tracking meal breaks.
The meal break entry is included in the associated punch tab, as highlighted in the following screenshot.

A meal break entry
If face recognition is activated in job site settings for meal start or end, the entry also includes employee photos.

Actions Log
Above General Details, you have the Actions Log tab containing detailed logs on all the actions taken on the selected timelog entry. The following screenshot shows an example of an Actions Log screen with information on punch times, manual updates, and so on.

- Public. Comments visible to Admins, PMs, and the employee who has generated the timelog.
PERMISSIONS
