Overview of the Workforce module and its documentation.
The MobiClocks Workforce module is a planning and scheduling tool that you can use to plan manpower distribution across your job sites as well as schedule employees and crews.
The Workforce module is divided into three sections:
- Planning. In this section, you can add the daily planned number of employees for each job title at a job site. See Plan manpower.
- Scheduling. In this section, you can schedule the work of individual employees and crews. See Schedule employee work.
- Crew board. In this section, you have an overview of all the individual and crew schedules for the selected day. Learn more in Daily schedule overview.
- Staff view. In this section, you can view the availability of all the employees in your organization. Learn more in View employee availability.
