Setup and integration
Perform the following steps to connect Procore with MobiClocks:
- In your MobiClocks Web App, navigate to Administration > Integrations > Overview and activate Procore from the list.
- Go to Administration > Integrations > Procore > Setup and select the Authorize button. You'll be taken to your Procore account to complete the authorization.
- After completing the Procore authorization, return to Administration > Integrations > Procore > Setup in your MobiClocks Web App and select the company that you want to connect.
- On the same page, in the Choose how to use Procore section, select one of the available options:
- Two-way integration. Both import from and publish data to Procore.
- One-way integration. Only publish data to Procore.
Data publishing
To choose which data to publish to Procore, enable the modules you want to use.
The following modules are available:
-
Manpower. Publishes aggregated manpower data to Procore Daily Logs > Manpower. Manpower publishing is handled through Procore Connect. See Publish to Procore for setup and publishing steps.
-
Timecard. Publishes aggregated timecard data to Procore Daily Logs > Timecards. Timecard publishing is handled through Procore Connect. See Publish to Procore for setup and publishing steps.
-
Timesheet. Publishes aggregated timecard data to Procore > Timesheet. Note that Timecard and Timesheet publishing can't be enabled simultaneously, and enabling one disables the other. Unlike the Procore Connect–based modules, Timesheet publishing uses the traditional Payroll publishing workflow available for other MobiClocks integrations. When Timesheet publishing is enabled, a Publish column is added to the Payroll dashboard. To publish to Procore, move the Payroll card to the Publish column. See Review and export payroll to learn more.
-
Production Quantity. Publishes aggregated production quantity data to Procore Daily Logs > Quantities. Production quantity publishing is handled through Procore Connect. See Publish to Procore for setup and publishing steps.
Data sync and import
Procore can serve as a data source for your MobiClocks environment. The Procore integration supports data sync and import for the following modules:
- Employees. Imported to Employees.
- Job Sites. Imported to Job sites.
- Cost Codes. Cost codes are assigned to individual job sites. If the imported cost code entry contains the job site it is assigned to, it is imported to the indicated job site. If not, the cost code is converted to a standard cost code and shared across all job sites.
- Payroll Items. Imported to Administration > Payroll > Payroll Items.
- Vendors. Imported to Companies.
