HCSS is a software that helps construction companies streamline their operations. HCSS provides services for different areas and stages of the construction process including pre-construction activities (estimating, proposal, and so on), project management (job costing, billing, and so on), operations (time tracking, crew and equipment scheduling, and so on), safety, fleet maintenance, and others.

HCCS is a cloud-based platform.

Setup and integration

To set up HCSS and connect it with MobiClocks, you need to contact the MobiClocks team.

Sync and import scheduling

The HCSS integration has options to schedule data sync and import, which are available on the Setup page in Administration > Integrations > HCSS.

Payroll publishing

The HCSS integration doesn't support payroll publishing.

Data sync and import

HCSS can serve as a data source for your MobiClocks environment. The HCSS integration supports data sync and import for the following modules:

  • Employees. Imported to Employees.
  • Job Sites. Imported to Job sites.
  • Cost Codes. Cost codes are assigned to individual job sites. If the imported cost code entry contains the job site it is assigned to, it is imported to the indicated job site. If not, the cost code is converted to a standard cost code and shared across all job sites.
  • Payroll Classes. Payroll classes are called pay classes in MobiClocks and are assigned to individual job sites. If the imported pay class entry contains the job site it is assigned to, it is imported to the indicated job site. If not, the pay class is converted to a standard pay class and shared across all job sites.
