Personal App setup and access
How to start using the Personal App.
To use the Personal App, you need to have a MobiClocks user account. If you don't have permission to create an account, ask your MobiClocks administrator to create an account for you.
Next, install the Personal App on your device. The app is available in iOS and Android versions. After installing the app, sign in with your MobiClocks credentials. The following sign-in options are available.
Sign in with email and password
To activate this sign-in method, you must receive an activation email from your MobiClocks administrator. After activation, perform the following steps:
- On the sign-in screen, select the Email tab.
- Enter your Company name that is your MobiClocks environment name (if, for example, your MobiClocks environment is
myenvironment.mobiclocks.com, you must entermyenvironment). - Enter your email address and password.
- Select Sign in.

Sign in with a phone number
To activate this sign-in method, you must receive an activation SMS from your MobiClocks administrator. After activation, perform the following steps:
- On the sign-in screen, select the Phone number tab.
- Enter your Company name that is your MobiClocks environment name (if, for example, your MobiClocks environment is
myenvironment.mobiclocks.com, you must entermyenvironment). - Select your country code and enter your phone number.
- Select Get OTP code. A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your phone via SMS.
- Enter the OTP to complete sign-in.
Each OTP expires after 5 minutes. If yours has expired, return to the previous step to request a new one.
