View scheduled SMS

The Scheduled tab displays all scheduled SMS messages in a table. \

The scheduled SMS table contains the following columns:

• Next schedule date. The date and time when the SMS will next be sent. Use the Date range filter to narrow results by time period.
• Sender. The name of the user who created the scheduled message.
• Recurrence. Indicates how often the message repeats (for example, "Every 2 days"). If the message is scheduled to send only once, this column displays "No recurrence."
• Message. The content of the scheduled SMS message.
• Recipients. The names of recipients who will receive the message.
• Actions. Provides a Delete option to remove the scheduled SMS.

Edit a scheduled SMS

To modify an existing scheduled SMS, select the message row in the table to open the Edit scheduled SMS dialog. This dialog is similar to the Schedule SMS dialog where you can modify the message content, sending date and time, recurrence settings, and recipients.

After making changes, select Save to update the scheduled SMS, or select Cancel to discard changes.
