Overview

Job Sites is an entity in Mobiclocks that refers to a physical location where employee activities take place. In the case of the construction industry, job sites are the construction sites where construction work occurs. The Job Sites module is accessed from the left-hand navbar in your MobiClocks Web App.

PERMISSIONS

You may access the Job Sites module if you have the View Job Sites tab permission enabled for your role in Administration > Role Permissions > Job Sites.

In the Job Sites module, you can manually create a job site or connect third-party platforms to import job sites.. After adding job sites to your MobiClocks environment, you can view them in the job site list and select any of them to access job site details. The details page consists of the following sections:

• Job site settings
• Employees
• Documents
• Cost codes. Cost codes are discussed under the Cost coding documentation.
• Pay classes
